Welcome to QuickWay Service LLC. By booking a service through our website or by phone, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

QuickWay Service LLC provides mobile car wash, detailing, house washing, and related services in Northern Virginia. All services are performed on-site at a location provided by the customer or at a mutually agreed-upon location.

2. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive direct confirmation from a QuickWay Service team member. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a scheduled appointment.

3. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are starting rates for standard-sized vehicles. Final pricing is based on vehicle size, type, and condition and will be confirmed before service begins. QuickWay Service LLC reserves the right to adjust quoted pricing if the vehicle's condition differs materially from what was described at booking.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time and location
Disclosing any known pre-existing damage, conditions, or sensitivities prior to service
Ensuring a water source and power access is available if required for your service type (our team will confirm requirements at booking)

5. Pre-Existing Damage

QuickWay Service LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions on your vehicle. Our team will make reasonable efforts to note visible damage before beginning service. We are not liable for damage that was present prior to our arrival.

6. Right to Refuse or Modify Service

We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or modify service if we determine that conditions present a safety concern, if the vehicle's condition makes a specific service inadvisable, or if the customer's location is unsafe or inaccessible.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

8. Satisfaction

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you have a concern about your completed service, contact us within 24 hours at quickwayservicellc@gmail.com or 571-275-4019 and we will work with you to make it right.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickWay Service LLC's liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the total amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
