We understand that schedules change. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy before booking.
Cancellations

We ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You can cancel by calling or texting 571-275-4019 or emailing quickwayservicellc@gmail.com.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $25 depending on the service booked.

No-Shows

If our team arrives at the scheduled location and the vehicle or property is inaccessible or the appointment cannot be completed due to circumstances within the customer's control, a trip fee of up to $35 may apply.
Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule your appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
Weather

QuickWay Service LLC reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather. In the event we need to reschedule due to weather, we will contact you as soon as possible to find the next available time at no additional charge.
Refunds

Because our services are performed on-site and in real time, we do not offer cash refunds once a service is completed. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue at no additional charge.
Deposits, where required, are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
