By booking a service with QuickWay Service LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
 

Pre-Existing Conditions

QuickWay Service LLC performs visual assessments of all vehicles before beginning service. We are not responsible for damage, defects, or conditions that existed prior to our arrival. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Paint chips, scratches, or swirl marks

  • Rust, oxidation, or fading

  • Cracked or peeling trim, seals, or moldings

  • Worn or damaged interior surfaces

  • Electrical or mechanical issues
     

High-Risk Services

Certain services carry an inherently higher level of interaction with your vehicle's surfaces and components. For the following services, you acknowledge that outcomes may vary based on the current condition of your vehicle:

  • Paint Correction — results depend on the severity and depth of existing paint defects. QuickWay Service LLC does not guarantee complete removal of all scratches or swirl marks.

  • Ceramic Coating — surface must be in suitable condition for coating adhesion. We reserve the right to recommend or require paint correction prior to ceramic coating application.

  • Engine Cleaning — we use appropriate methods for engine bays, but we are not liable for issues arising from pre-existing electrical, seal, or mechanical vulnerabilities.

  • Headlight Restoration — results depend on the severity of lens oxidation. Heavily deteriorated lenses may show limited improvement.
     

Interior Services

For shampooing, stain removal, and interior detailing, results may vary depending on the age, type, and severity of stains. We do not guarantee complete removal of all stains. We are not liable for shrinkage, fading, or damage to materials that are worn, aged, or incompatible with standard cleaning products.

Personal Items

Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before your appointment. QuickWay Service LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing personal items.

Customer Acknowledgment

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to this disclaimer and that you are the authorized owner or have permission from the owner to have the vehicle or property serviced.
